What does the apartment price include?
The price includes the apartment booked on self catering basis (unless a board basis is chosen), use of indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi and gym.
Is the price charged per person per night?
No, the price charged is per apartment per night.
Are towels provided?
Yes fresh towels are provided daily whilst soap, shower caps, shampoo and shower gel are provided in your room upon arrival.
Does the Resort provide Maid Service?
Yes, Maid service includes emptying of bins and changing of towels daily. Full maid service is done every 3 days.
Does the Resort ¬†provide Laundry services?
Yes, our housekeeping department will do all the washing for you (without drying), at the cost of ‚ā¨5.00 per load.
Is Wifi free of charge?
Yes, you can get FREE Wifi access from the reception desk (available only in the lobby and reception areas).
Do you offer a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, at a charge, For prices please contact the reservations department.
Do you offer car hire service?
Yes, for prices please speak to our reception staff on arrival.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 16:00 hrs
Check out is till 10:00 hrs¬†
Later check out is possible at the following charges:
Till 16:00 hrs at ‚ā¨25.00; whilst till 19:00 hrs at ‚ā¨35.00 per apartment. (Subject to availability).
Early check in from 11:00 hrs at: ‚ā¨25.00.¬†(Subject to availability).
Is there a supermarket / mini-market near by?
Yes, there is a convenience store open right across the street or else a supermarket just 10 minutes away by walk. Ask at the reception desk for further details.
Are Baby beds / Cots / Highchairs available?
These are provided free of charge and can be requested either upon booking or else upon check in.
Do you provide Baby Sitting Services?
Yes this service can be provided at a charge of ‚ā¨7.00 per hour;¬†‚ā¨10.00 per hour after midnight and for a minimum of 3 hours. This service can be booked at the reception desk at least 24 hours before.
Are there any Banking Facilities in close proximity of the Resort?
Banks are open from Monday to Saturday 08:30 hrs‚Äď 12:00 hrs. The Resort Hotel offers a ¬†24-Hour foreign exchange service at the Front Desk.
Is renting of Bicycles possible?
For renting purposes please contact the reception desk for further information. We have also upgraded our leisure centre to accommodate bicycles in house in our bicycle room.
Where are the¬†Leisure Centre and Facilities, and what do these consist of?
The Leisure Centre and¬†facilities are to be found across the hotel entrance and include an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi, spa, hairdressing and nail salon, a squash court and gym.
Are pool towels available at the pool?
Yes we will provide you with pool towels at the Leisure Centre’s reception, against a refundable deposit of¬†‚ā¨5.00 per towel.
Can Board Basis be changed?
Apart from self catering we also offer other board basis and calculated as follows:

Prices are charged per person per night. Half Board consists of breakfast and dinner.
What type of Breakfast and Dinner menus are served?
An English Breakfast is served during breakfast whilst a set¬†√† la carte menu is served for dinner.
Are Safety Deposit Boxes available?
Yes. Against a deposit of ‚ā¨12.00 from which we will deduct a charge of ‚ā¨2.00 daily. Anyone staying for less than 6 nights will have the difference refunded. If stay is longer than 6 nights, a further ‚ā¨2.00 per day will apply.
Is the Hotel Wheelchair accessible?
The hotel is wheelchair friendly and has ramps for easier access, is equipped with lifts which lead to all floors, and a wheelchair accessible bathroom is also available in the lobby.
Are non-slip bath mats available?
Yes and will be provided upon request.
Are Microwaves available?
Yes and will be provided upon request.
Are DVD players available?
A. Yes and will be provided upon request. DVDs can also be borrowed¬†from the reception desk.
Does the apartment have a fridge?
Yes. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge.
Do you have Games that can be used in¬†the apartment?
The Resort ¬†offers a Wii console upon request. There is a charge of ‚ā¨15.00 nightly and includes: Wii console, 2 games and a 42 inch Flat screen TV.
Are the apartments fully air conditioned/heated?
Yes all apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating.
What happens if I lose the key to my apartment?
In the case that the key is not found there will be a charge of ‚ā¨35.00.
Is an iron board provided?
Yes all apartments have an ironing board and the iron can be requested¬†at the front desk.
If I forget to pack an Adapter, will you have one I can make use of?
These can be requested from the front desk against a refundable deposit¬†of ‚ā¨2.00.
Is there a bus which takes me from the airport to The Sunny Coast Resort?
Yes there is; the X3 and stops on a bus stop right next to the Resort.
Are there any beaches nearby?
Yes, the Resort has its own private rockey beach.
Does the resort hotel have a conference room?
Yes. This meeting room goes by the name of Lotus Room and is approximately 12 meters x 5 meters in size.
